From prototype to product fabrication, our product development specialists can make recommendations for your product design in order to improve ease of manufacturing and reduce costs.

We run single stage and progressive dies designed, built and maintained in our in-house Tool and Die department.  Our presses range from 2 to 600 tons. We have experience with ferrous and non-ferrous materials from 26GA to 1/4” thick with widths from 1/4” to 20.00”.

We use various methods to join sheet metal including standard resistance welding and press-joining techniques particularly suited for joining coated/painted and dissimilar materials.
